Privacy notice (draft — pending legal review)

What we store

• Your household: the country, language and timezone you choose.
• Each parent's display name, role, and phone number if you give one.
• Your baby's due date or date of birth, sex if you tell us, and first name if you give one.
• What you log: feeds, nappies, sleep, growth measurements, vaccinations given, milestones.
• Questions you ask the app, and the answers.
• Your baby's profile photo, only if a parent adds one. It is shrunk and stripped of location and camera details on your phone before upload, kept in private storage that only your household can open, and deleted when you remove it.

What we deliberately do not store

• Photographs you send with a question. They are passed to the AI provider in memory and then discarded. We store only the fact that a message had one.
• We do not run behavioural tracking or targeted advertising. India's DPDP Act prohibits it for children's data, and we would not do it regardless.

Children's data

This app exists to hold health information about a child. We treat all of it as sensitive. Access is restricted at the database level so that one household can only ever read its own rows.
